      LWY1001 is a 6 week Masterclass with live weekly tutorials. This course will equip you with the tools needed to lead effectively both in ministry and the marketplace.

      If you are too big to serve, you are too small to lead! Serve up, serve down, serve all around. In this class, we’ll discuss the importance of being able to serve the needs of your followers as a young leader.

      The Realities of Leadership?

      It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s always been worth it. In this class, Pastor Kofi shares 10 hard truths and tough realities that he has learned leading while young.

      Confidence in Leadership?

      A leader who is not bold and confident cannot do what God has called them to do. In this class, we’ll share tips that will help you build up confidence in your decision making, your gifts and in yourself as a leader for your community.

      Team Dynamics?

      In this class, we’ll be talking about all things team dynamics including how to effectively build a team, promote commitment and overall team management.

      Creative and Innovative Leadership?

      The Creative direction of your organization first starts with you. In this class, we’ll be learning about creative and innovation leadership that will take your ministry to its next level!
