Pastor Kofi Dartey

ABOUT PASTOR KOFI

Reuel Kofi Dartey is a singer/songwriter, worshipper and recording artist from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Playing a total of 5 instruments, he is most notable for his works on the bass guitar.

Picking up the drums at the tender age of 4, Kofi has always been musical. Taking after his father Dr. Ralph Dartey who is a multi-award winning gospel artist and General-Overseer of Transforming Life Centre (Church).
 
In addition to Kofi’s musical talents, he has planted a branch of his fathers church on his university campus, “Campus Rush Movement”. The church has grown to a movement of over 900 students in Four years. With the main branch on Carleton University, Campus Rush has extended to University of Ottawa, Concordia University, and La Cité Collegial.
 
Pastor Kofi is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the College of Social Workers of Ontario, and holds a BSW Degree from Carleton University. With this, Kofi sits on the CASO Race and Faith Based Equity Community Advisory Committee.
In addition, he holds a Master of Arts in Theology, with a specialization in Church History from Liberty University and Seminary (Lynchburg, VA). Pastor Kofi is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University’s School of business in San Diego, California. Kofi has received notable recognition for his work with the young people, including the Ghanaian Canadian achievement award for excellence in community outreach and religion.
 
Above all, he has a burning passion to break down the walls of religion and introduce young people to genuine relationship with the Father through Christ.
